The caller represented themselves as being from the New York State Department of Health and claimed to have "compensation" for me since I took blood thinners in the past. When I asked him who he thought he was talking to, he said Mrs. Flores (although I've had my 917 number since its inception). Obviously a scam of some kind

Same thing happened to me. Some foreign guy but he was asking about Michigan and he had off the wall health info on me that wasn't true.
