Officer Matthew Maxwell

I received a call today from this guy who could not speak even fluent English. He left a voicemail asking me to call back at 888-909-8081. I googled the phone no before calling him and found hundreds of complaints. This is a scam. Why don't police arrest him or do anything to stop it, if the phone no is public.

This guy has been calling almost every day and leaving the message on my machine. Today I happened to pick up the phone and he went through his threat and all. I told him in harsh voice Listen I have you on the tape and I am going to give this to IRS. He did not let me even finish the sentence and hang the phoneup. These Aholes are trying to deceive hardworking foreigners. Hopefully they fell into the trap and get arrested
