Said he was calling from the CRA about fraud on my income tax. Either me or my lawyer needed to call him immediately and that I was not to ignore his phone call

Claims he is with the Internal Revenue Service and they have filed a Law Suit against me. I have not returned any of his calls. I am sure it is a Federal Offence to impersonate the IRS.
