A lady called first to my office and said that she had legal papers to serve me to take me to court in Jefferson County, Madras, ORegon. So, I asked her what day, time and which court. She then transferred me to this Patrick guy and I asked him same questions then he finally admit that they did not have a court date or even legal documents for me. I kept asking legal questions finally he said that I needed to call him back when I got the information on my e-mail to get money out of my account. I am now very leary and don't want to work with these people so I am going to call the place I did get my loan and talk with them. I can't do that today but I will next week as I am dealing with personal family issues that require my attention now. But, I have a lawyer friend I worked with for 10 years so I asked him about it and he was the one to tell me what to do, who to call and asked them these questions... I pray nobody else get treated like this especially people who don't know what is going on. And it is too bad legit companies would stoop that low to hire collections of this nature. I worked with other collections that were legit for other friends and they were nothing like these guys...
