This person keeps calling me saying that they have a legal matter on my ss#. I have 2 payday loans out & he mentioned one of them. I almost gave him my info because he knew the one company I have a loan out with. It is very scarey to know people are this low & have no self respect or respect for others. He has even said he emailed me a form to fill out so that they can withdrawl biweekly payments to pay them off. Now that I know this is a scam I am glad that I did not give them my information.. PLEASE BE CAREFUL PEOPLE.. THIS WORLD IS OUT OF CONTROL & THESE INDIANS OR SHALL I SAY SAND *** ARE TRYING TO TAKE EVERYTHING AWAY FROM US BECAUSE THEY ARE JEALOUS OF WHAT WE HAVE!

The caller said his name was Patrick Martin. He called in regards to a payday loan he said I took out in 2010 or 2011 in the amount of $300.00. He was trying to get me to fax a letter stating that I would pay $988.00 because that is how much it would take to settle the debt. He has call 9 or 10 times in a matter of 3 days from several different numbers. 661-240-9164 and a 704-502-7343
