Received multiple calls from callers stating they are at Windows headquarters staying they have received notices, direct from my computer, warning of virus detection.
I asked if there was a charge and they said NO since my software was registered.
I asked for software id numbers which I could verify and Patrick Williams (saying he is located in NY City) could not provide.
I asked for his phone number and ID number.
He gave me this phone number and his id number W2005.
When I call the number the phone was answered, after 9 rings, with a "Hello?"
Gee, DO NOT give these callers access to your computer.
