We received a recorded message regarding pending litigation--"you will be served with court proceedings at your place of employment" etc., and the "agent" had my partner's name, last four digits of SS, and correct date of birth. The "agent" said they were "Process Mediation" and had bought an old debt (that was settled in 1998!) from Fleet Bank. I told him he would have to send me the information in writing, and he 'hung up' on me. I immediately did a reverse lookup on the number and have blocked it from my phone.

These idiots have been calling my work phone number for over 10 years looking for someone who no on here knows. I've repeatedly told them to STOP calling - I've had the same work number for over 14 years and the guy they want doesn't work here (and hasn't since I've been here). I've told them to stop calling my work number. They still call. I let them have it today and the guy I spoke with was incredibly rude. I got rude right back. Give me a break - if I tell you they guy isn't here ... and to stop calling ... you HAVE to stop calling me. IDIOTS
