Got the same message 2 days in a row now.answering machine stating that I was being charged with 2 counts of fraudulent activity involving my social security number and my name. Also said I will be served two summons through my county. Left me a claim number and their phone number. Once I'm served, my rights are forfeited. And I need to speak to someone in their legal department. The call came from Richmond Virginia. Processing and Summons dept.804 420-4838
