Got a call, on my home phone, with that phone number showing as the caller. That's strange, how can a phone call itself. It was Rachel from Card Services and wanted to lower my interest rate. I got a human on the line, sounded like a India person speaking. After some conversation and him trying to get my credit card number, it finally progress to each of us raising our voices. He then called me a SOB and hung up. Within five minutes the phone rang and this number showed on the caller ID. When I answered the phone there was no one there, the line was just dead. No question in my mind, this was an effort to hassel me.
