the caller calls in mysterious manner in the night time and mentions his name as raj. Uses vulgar language. please trace him and punish him severely

The caller introduced himself as Raj (with a very thick East Indian accent) and said he was calling from the Solar Energy Network. I immediately told him we already have Solar and hung up on him.
We get about 3 calls a day from various telemarketers. I guess being on the "Do Not Call List" doesn't do a thing to keep telemarketers from calling you.
