said I owed money and he was collecting it and said I was committing fraud if I didn't pay off this debit and I was going to jail. this money I owed has been charged off my credit report and this was way back in 2008. he has called 4 times in the last two hours and im sick of it put a phone block on my phone so he couldn't call me

A person by the name of Deputy Randy Smith called stating I took out a Cash Advance payloan, which I never did and said if I do not pay 795.00, then my credit would be ruin, I was going to jail and that they would call my job to get me fired. I told them I was not paying anything, I needed more information and will do my own investigation. At that point the caller called me a mother F^&*cking B%&ch. My biggest concern was the caller had my address, driver lic #, and ss#.

Yeah that worries me too, I called the credit bureaus to put a block on my ss#, so anytime some uses the number the bureau will call my cell to verify that I authorized it. The only thing is you have to do it again every 90 days, I do believe. One thing I found was to tell them your recording the call and they'll hang up and stop bothering you. Just a few things I learn and did.
