They call every few months requesting payment on a non-existent payday loan. The conversation ends with them threatening to sue me and me encouraging them to do so. They are annoying and relentless. Please, someone shut them down.

She called the office number, looking for an employee; at first she just gave her name and asked for an employee. I asked her who she was, or where she was calling from: "Retrieval Mediation." She said she needed a fax number so she could send over a very important legal document. It sounded serious enough that I provided the employee's cellphone number, as I hoped he might know what she was talking about better than I did. Afterwards, upon googling Retrieval Mediation, I found that it appears to be a scam. The caller ID came up as "Le Sueur, MN," but the woman had a southern accent (I guess I didn't question it more because I figured she might've been a transplant).

This is an automated calling system that states a reference number and says that action will be taken and to call to add your personal statement. How do I get removed from this list.

Said I owe money from 2008. Wanted me t settle with them. Asked for them to send something in writing because I was unaware of the two loans they said they are not required to send anything in writing, they will be proceeding without my cooperation.

Caller, Taylor Richardson, calls from a company called Retrieval Mediation. She is calling to collect a debt from a payday loan that does not exist. Says that she knows all my personal information and where i work. That the amount due is due at the end of the week. When I started asking questions about the company, she became hostile and threatening. I asked for a physical address for the company, she began to yell. She become incredibly inconsiderate of you & demands the payment. Please Don’t give or confirm any personal, financial, or other sensitive information to this person. ask for her to send you a written "validation notice."
