The recorded message instructed me to contact Richard Blackburn at 916-920-5168 within 24 hours or fraud charges will be filed. This spineless prick is just another parasite of society trying to bully people out of money. He and his criminal enterprise use spoofed numbers and harassing recordings to endeavor to collect money for fictitious debts. Their hope is to make your life so miserable that you will just pay them to go away. Bottom feeders like this are lower than whale excrement and should be prosecuted. Inform your state attorney general and the FBI of all contacts made by these scum.
