Richard Harris

Mr. Harris called to say that I owed taxes from 2012. He stated that once I hung up he would authorize the IRS to send agents to me and I would be arrested.
I asked Mr Harris for his business license and name of business. He stalled by saying that I owe on my taxes and need to stay where I was at and IRS agents would come and arrest me.
I again asked him for his business license number and what state it was issued in. He refused.
I then informed him that I was tracing his call and would inform the IRS, FCC, DOJ and other departments about his tactics. He hung up.
I called him back and informed him that I have contacted the FBI about this and gave the phone number. He hung up.

This caller called me at WORK and claimed to be a paralegal with a collection company. He threatened to come to my work and have me arrested for not listening to me. He was not abusive, but he clearly was a scam artist.
