Basically what Ampex Medical Supplies/Rivera Medical Company does is they call you to fish for information. They ship cheap latex gloves and invoice you for golves you never authorized or ordered. This happened to a friend of mine and now she is having a hard time sorting this out. Rivera Medical Company claims that the golves were authorized and that the outrageous invoice is valid.
Rivera Medical Companys' office is out of California and Houston/Katy Texas but & found their address in California and Houston/Katy Texas on Business Consumer Alliance which are all listed as several P.O. box addresses at UPS stores. Their phone number (888) 857-3945 & 713-774-4800 & 888-428-8567 & 888-999-8826 is no longer in service. They've changed their number for the 100th time which is typical of scammers (Michael Alan Dirksen related to Amy Lynette naukam born April 1968 & Rebecca bliss Dirksen born 12/21/1924) when they don't want to be found out. My friend and I cannot get through to them. We contacted the BCA to file a complaint.

Basically what Rivera Medical Company does is they call you to phish for information. They ship and invoice you for medical golves you never authorized or ordered. Why are the public posts being deleted? People need to know they are being scammed by Michael E Arnold and Michael A Dirksen and the type of scam they are both operating on a daily basis. With this public forum and by not deleting the posts others share on here to alert the public is what keeps businesses from falling into the scammers trap of lies and deception and scams. That's what this forum is for, THE PUBLIC.
Both scammers never use their real names when they scam other business and they probably scammed the admin on this site just to get the posts deleted so they can continue their scam operation. As long as others are aware of the scam Michael e Arnold and Michael a Dirksen they are less likely in falling victim of their scam and fraudulent invoicing schemes.

We've been investigating these two scammers. They had an office on the 6th floor at 10333 harwin drive in houston Texas under the business name "DMZ Inc" then moved to an office on the 1st floor in the same building after mike emoreth Arnold moved from simi valley California to katy-houston texas back in June 2012. Since then he has changed banks, business names and business phone numbers as well as UPS drop box locations and PO box addresses, added PO Box addresses/ship to at a UPS store in Katy Texas which is conveniently close to his home in katy texas. Scammers do these things to keep from getting caught-change their information often. Both scammers have been doing this for years.
