Calls a cell and all of my husbands family members saying he has case number n to call back on a matter with our SSN and leaves messages on other peoples answering machines saying by this message we have been served. What a joke

This guy had personal info. about us, including SSN and other info. He claims to be with a collection agency EA Associates in New York. When you call back there are several in the office with access to records. Don't know if they are legitimate but they have been calling our relatives, etc. trying to collect on a debt in a business name that isn't ours. He refused to give us an address to mail in appropriate documents denying claim.
Contact your financial institutions, FTC, credit bureaus etc. immediately if you get a call from this number. Insist your banks check in to any account numbers he may give you.
