I am on hold with this guy from this number and he admitted that the whole program is a scam. That is after about 100 callbacks from me. After several sexual harassment comments this guy tried to make me believe he isn’t a scam that he is a foreigner just trying to get a leg up. GREAT he just hung up on me, let me call him back. He said that he had to take another call so he can scam them too!

A "so called" James Anderson, which is a common name to have and doesn't sound like a typical "james anderson" called me, lol. These guys have been harrassing me for MONTHS, now Telling me I owed money to an American Payday loan "that I have NEVER borrowed money from" that I have a court case TOMORROW. When I have NEVER received notification in the mail from them, "EVER", which is what law firms do. Plus telling me that the authorities will be ceasing my assets, if I do not comply to there request for money to resolve the case, NOW over the phone. I asked him where the court case will be held, so I can attend instead. He stated that "someone" will contacting me later with the details. So I said, "If you are a lawyer with a firm (Rogers & Smith Associates) to help me settle this case, you should have the damn information I need". He hung up on me, LOL. These guys are a BIG SCAM!!! Plus, if you hang up on them, another person calls and says they are the authorities and I told them to come get my stuff; they hung up on me and of course no one came. LOL
