I have been receiving voicemails almost every day stating there is a complaint against me - although they state a totally different name (so it's NOT me). I have blocked each number they have called me from so that's not working. Therefore, I called the number back and ask what company was calling me, and the woman said Beneficial something. I ask to be taken off their calling list and she said NO and that she will make sure her representatives will call me a hundred times a day and then hung up on me. When I call back, she answered saying "Beneficial Mediations." I tried again. She hung up. This continued on for a few more times til I said I can do this all day long and she said, "Me, too, because I get paid every time I answer the phone."

woman called my bfs phone i answerd because it had been calling for a while every few minutes. i answerd and yelled hello 3x before someone said hi and asked for my bf and said it was a civil suit and she was a process server whatever that is. and i gave the phone to him and she couldnt give us any info about the so called civil suit against him so he hung up. she then called back from another # 6232409002 i answerd and told her she wasnt legit. and she said to call this # 1888283-5896 and put in a code. i told her we would be talking to a public defender. we so far have recieved one other call right after that. this just happend 15 minutes ago.

I have been receiving calls from this number for a while .. i am so tired of getting them .the woman who asked if i was so and so was very rude , yes my name was right but they asked for my personal information and there is no way i am giving it out for anyone , this is a scam i called back and it says something MRI but not worth my time calling back , its all a scam as to where they try and get your information for identity theft .... from now on i ignore 888 and 800 numbers if its important they leave a message but even then not worth calling back ... mostly over seas people just bothering us hard working individuals wanting our information to steal our information and identity , please learn to ignore 800 and 888 calls people dont answer or call back , i've learned the hard way
