Foreign gentleman possibly Indian went by the name of Ryan Parker and working for Consumer Plus, but couldn't remember if his name was James later on, told me I had taken a loan out and paid it back, but I had to prompt him with which bank as they couldn't tell me due to data protection. Says I was owed money back from PPI.
Load of rubbish but I went along with it to waste their time.
I cannot find a company called Consumer Plus who deal with PPI on the internet. What a surprise.
