Scammer. Stay away from this one. He/she uses "the deaf" excuse when asked to talk....shame on him/her! Will ask you to look into your scam/junk email to reply to a "fake email" from Paypal. If you have a Paypal account, Paypal emails will always go into your InBox. Used Craigslist to find you.
