I received a call from someone stating they were from Comcast and wanted to schedule a free maintenance service call. I told them I'd have to call them back and immediately called Comcast. They did NOT authorize anyone or any company to call on their behalf. My caller ID said the call was from LEI, but I'm not sure that is correct. Comcast told me if they called back to call them and they would escalate the issue. Comcast also said DO NOT CALL THEM BACK!
