This URG caller by the name of Samantha Jacobs called me today threatening that I had accusations against me for breach of contract and theft by deception? I did not breach any contracts or deceived anyone! She said my name, and said that she was a senior case manager with URG. She also had a case reference ID number for my case? Finally she told me to contact the legal office at this number 855-831-0326. I think it's a total scam and that they're trying to get money from me and others. I would think that if it was a real serious matter that I would have gotten an official written letter from the authorities or something. How can I stop this!?

I am getting the same thing!! It has been going on for a few months. The woman's name is Kayla Brown and she is calling for my mom. She says she has breached a contract and there's a complaint filed against her when I ask them what the complaint is she doesn't answer me and tells me to have my mom call her. I think it's a scam because we've never received anything but these phone calls and I'm sure they would be able to send us something in the mail if it was serious. You can contact the FTC and they can help you find out if it's a scam. Do they call you with an unknown number?
