They called and said that I didn't file an irs form in 2002 and had committed fraud and that they had an arrest warrant for my arrest. I was in college then. The speaker on the other line pretended to be a "federal officer" and told me that I could settle with the IRS for a one time payment of $2400 over the phone or they would have me arrested within 30 minutes. Their whole operation is bogus.
