Left a very strange message and I assume it was a debt collector. The lady's name was Scarlet Stone and stated I was an emergency contact. It was an attempt to contact my mother and I would never pass any message along from this company! She said there was a formal complaint filed and if I could please tell her to call back to discuss the allegations filed against her. It was mandatory to respond. Excuse me! That is the first time I have heard a past due bill placed in the criminal category. It sounded very threatening.
