called and stated that he had all my information regarding a judgement they were about to get on me regarding a payday loan. then stated he was going to have to call back and obtain my information from the HR person and asked who it was. Then stated they were pursuing this matter to the fullest extent but that he could offer me some services with handling my debts and gave me another phone number to call him back at to "discuss the matter" 609-964-4333. He didn't give me the name of his company while I was talking to him, just his name, but caller id showed the supposed company name...

A man from SGA & Associates called my co-worker sharing all sorts of information about me, and then gave her his information for me to contact him. When I called him, he refused to provide me any information about some supposed loan I took out in 2008. I asked him to validate this alleged loan and provide me documentation with my signature on it, he began screaming at the top of his lungs telling that he was handing everything over to the judge in my county.

I also have been getting calls from this number stating they are calling me about some check fraud. I have not used a single check in over 6 years. I also did a reverse look up and found the same guy attached to this phone number. The thing that really made me start digging deeper is that this number is a land line. I am very concerned if this individual has my socal security number...

Guy called and left a vm saying that I need to call them back regarding a fraud investigation. Did some research online and learned that this is a SHADY collection agency. He said that some court docket number was attached to my SSN. Went online and checked the county he gave me and there is nothing listed under me.

I looked up reverse number for 716-236-7955 which is the number joe williams called from firm sga associates stating that my wife had a fraud charge on his desk and ready to go to court in greenville county. And wanted us to call him back at 716-236-7541. I did a reverse lookup on this number and it says James McKinney at 901 Cedar Ave. Niagara Falls, Ny 14301-1103. The 7955 number just says verizon land line in new york. Maybe someone can shed a little more light on this, I believe this to be a fraud itself.

They called my home & left a message for me to call them very threatening "so we won't pursue this to the next level". I deleted it, but then my brother called & said they called him trying to get ahold of me. They left him the same message saying that my name & ss #. I haven't got any bills in collection so I am going to wait for another call & send a copy to the attorney general.

Left a vm that she was trying to get a hold of my neighbor (gave my neighbors name) and that she needs to call her at 690-879-0374. Left a case # as well. Talked with my neighbor and both of us researched this #. It is a fraud! Still upset that they got my number for some reason. Have reported it to my states Attorney General.
