Did you figure anything out? I have gotten two emails. One two weeks ago and another one today. They tell me two different companies and tell me that they are the exact same amount in the end. Not sure if this is legit

This person call and ask first for my mother and then as for some foreign person name.
let the same detail mess to have my lawyer contact and if I ignor I will be sorry.
my mother is dying of cancer and we have hospice to help .
I call this number back, and I told him that if he every called this number of person again, I would contact authorties.
I did get quit loud and asked do you understand
this really takes the cake but to try and scam a dying person.

I keep getting a phone call from a Chris Hill stating he is with Anderson law group he calls my job and threatens to put me in jail for a loan I never took out when I called him back he called me stupid and refused to give me any information the phone number he told me to call is 786-375-9110 I don't know what to do I would like to find out if anybody is using my information he said I got a loan from cash advance my credit is bad I told him and I have filed bankruptcy and I was going to call FBI

I just received a call from a Matt Tyson with the same message. I have tried calling the number back and have not gotten an answer or a voicemail. If this is a scam, what do we do next?

I just got a call from a "Mike Brown" with Anderson Law Associates" saying that i was being sued by Cash Advance USA for not repaying a payday loan. Yes, i do have a payday loan, but not with Cash Advance USA & i am paying them back. I was informed that my local police was on the way to my job to arrest me & that i would spend 6 months in jail. Once i told the guy that i had no idea what he was talking about & that i didn't have a loan with Cash Advance USA he hung up on me. So, i typed in Anderson Law Associates & was directed to this page. Glad to see i'm not the only one they are harassing. The scary part though is that they had the last four digits of my social security number & my email address.

I got a call too. They called me on Thanksgiving morning. They identified themselves as a paralegal named Shawn Carter from Anderson Law associates. They saw a lawsuit comingup against me. I asked from what company and who were they. He told me I asked to many questions. That I needed to call back and ask for an ext. that would put me through the makn attorney. I asked to be transferred to them & they told me that they dont have direct line. I called back & got an answering machine with no message. I am glad I googled Anderson Law Associates. The phone # they used us 951-821-8857.

I just got the same call today!!! What the heck are they up to??? They told me that I had a cash advance loan and I never took anything out. When I stated that I never took out a loan, he hung up on me!! I called back and ask him to give me dates and amounts..... He responded saying " in in the courts"!!! I will be taking this up with my attorney as well.

I got a call today at my job from Brian Scott, obviously not from here. I transferred him to my vm and he basically said I have a lawsuit against me with my SS, email address, bank statemnets and references. If I dont call him back he is not liable if I loose my job and references once they find out. I google Anderson Law Associates and found this page. Thanks for all the feed back.

My daughter is sick and answered the phone to a Indian guy yelling and cussing her mother, sayin I was being sued that they had my ss# and the were going to get me nd throw me in Jail she was crying, But they did this to me almost a year ago so I had to calm her down and explain to her. I hate to see her cry. the Attorns name was David Barker the Phone Number was 915-977-1365 and the only faz no# I found was 786n513 2882

he kept calling me on my cell and work. don't know how he got my info as i don't give that info out. he said i need to call them as there is a serious law suit against my social security number. i said why can he tell me over the phone, why do i have to call back. finally, i told him to serve me the court papers and hung up. i spoke with my attorney and he advise to report them to my state and the state they are calling from attorney general's office.
