Stated that I had a payday loan on line and that they were going to take out a civil suit on me. The loan was from 2013. He knew what county I lived in and where I banked. He also stated that they could garish my wages. I told him I did not know what he was talking about. He stated that I needed to work with him WHat do you do?

This person is a scammer. He called my parents house looking for saying I owed a payday loan. He wanted to verify my information, which the information was incorrect information.
