I told them that I wanted the information in writing before I agreed to anything. Though the number begins with a 937 area code, I was told their call center is open on Saturday from "9 am til 1pm, Central time." This is the Eastern time zone.
I am just getting ready to go back to work after 10 years absence and have been homeless numerous times. I have a son who is currently hospitalized after his 14th psychotic break in 6 1/2 years' time. These people don't care even though they use the word empathize. I feel like I have been run over by a truck.
