He said he could see my computer and it tells him there is an error. Funny thing is my 2 computers are turned off and my laptop was off and unplugged next to me and has been for 2 1/2 weeks. He's full of crap. Plus my friend (cyber security manager) and I (IT) do the work on all my computers. I've told them before don't call again
