I could barely understand this jerk who called me less than an hour ago claiming that if I didn't pay him that the police would come and arrest me tomorrow, when I proceeded to question him as to the nature of the offense he claimed that an unpaid ticket was turned over to them to collect on then said it was a loan then when I asked which one it was he said the cops would see me tomorrow. I called back and threatened to report him and now all I get is a busy signal when I try to call. Obviously this is a SCAM and they are not happy when you call them on it.

Called treating me about some lawsuit and if I did. When I called back and asked what was the lawsuit for so I can call my lawyer he hung up. This guy is very rude and I would like to find out who they are.

Called to tell me I would be arrested at home or work if I didn't pay 900.00 and once they downloaded the case it would go up to over 6,000.00. I told them I felt it was a scam and he threatened me again with being arrested.

These people need to be arrested. Seriously, they have access to all our personal info and noone knows exactly who they are. HAs anyone found a way to nail them, and sue them for harassment?

I just got this call, an Indian man named Michael Davis, apparently I had a loan deposited into my bank account which I didn't then they tried to take it back and the money wasn't there...I've called my bank to be sure not such has happened and as I thought it hasn't ...I did contact a lawyer just in case and he said it sounds like a scam and to not answer their calls give them no information and if and only if you get something in the mail from them that's when its real. I have a new bank account 3 and the police will not tell you anything over the phone.

He left a voice message telling me that I was in legal trouble yada yada. When I called the #(4074420210) back a lady answered I asked what place was this & she said a law firm then put some strange music on then this man (David Anderson)started telling me that I owed some payday loan company (that I never heard of. I asked him how much & he said I needed to send him X amount of money to stop a lawsuit. I promptly told him that he could talk to my attorney & he hung up!

He called my job and cell phone....when I called back he had no strong indian accent...he put me on hold and when he got back to me he had the same strong accent.........I told him to go to hell.
