It's one of those sports "scam-dicapping" services. very old scam; we call it a 50-50 scam. Their customers only pay when they are given the winning team. So - using tonight's game as an example ... They'll tell half their subscribers to bet Buffalo, and they'll tell half of them to bet Miami. Doesn't matter who wins or beats the spread ... half the people they sucker will be obliged to pay them.
