They said that there are federal and state charges against my social security number because I applied for payday loans, got the money and ran away without the intention of paying. I have paid my loans. When I asked for paperwork and questioned why didn't the payday loan company contact me themselves to get payment instead of filing a lawsuit,and I need the exact name of the company so I can contact them and verify and straighten out the problem; the guy satrted to sound irritated and hung up on me. I called the number back and asked to speak to him. He picked up and I asked him why he hung up and he said because I didn't want to listen to what he had to say. So I asked what am I supposed to do...he said I have to make payment arrangements with him to get the debt paid...that's when the red flag pop up!!!
