I received a call today, from 3478266256 the guy had an English accent, he said his name was Steve Throse an IRS investigator . He claimed I had not reported my income to the IRS and there was a warrant out for my arrest and if I hung up the call he would send local law enforcement to my jilob to arrest me. I called my husband and put him on Threeway who in turn called an NYPD detective friend of his and merged the call. They called his bluff and the scammed hung up. I am still a bit shaken up by this, he was very aggressive and scary.

I almost got caught by scammers calling from the number 718-569-8134 - they call themselves internal IRS investigation department. I was told that they have a warrant on my name and within the next 35 minutes they will be sending the police to arrest me. I got transferred over to two more people who told me that they might close my case if i will do money gram transfer of the amount of 5,572. I looked up the names and the phone while they kept me on the line - it was reported numerous times as scam. The number i have listed below is still in service and they still pick up as internal investigation service. They had never called back after i told them that i am reporting them the moment we speak.

Steve with an English accent called me at noon from 347-695-1070 telling me that I owed IRS on tax irregularity dated to 2008 totaling $5.697.64 case ID# 565739. I didn't receive the notification from IRS because I didn't completed an address changed with IRS form D7. Therefore, I committed a federal crime. Once he hang up the phone with me, the local police will come to my workplace to arrest me within 45 minutes. How do I want to handle this situations? He was on the phone with me for a long time trying to assist me to fix this issue. I kept telling him that I have no idea what he's talking about. Apparently, he knows a lot about me. He verified a lot of person information with me about me that many people wouldn't know about. WATCH OUT PEOPLE, THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!! IRS doesn't require you to complete an address change form and no D7 form exist. It is form 8822 not D7. All IRS forms are on internet.
