I got the same call and verified it was a scam. Very persistent, saying I owed taxes for a mistake in 2010. Said US Treasury officers would be at my house in 45 minutes. Said accounts/Driver license would be frozen/revoked.

Guy said he was Steve Watson. But had very thick hispanic accent. Did not say who he was with but did tell me that failure to call him would result in grand jury indictment and something about U.S. Treasury. I have no money problems so I assume it is a scam call.

I got three messages last week(pre recorded and very unprofessional and funky) stating that I need to call right away or suffer the circumstances. The messages never included my name (DUH!)and was so cheesy I almost grabbed some red wine.
This clod left three messages again yesterday. It's so obvious that he's phishing that if anyone falls for this, shame on them.
