They keep calling trying to collect on a student loan from a former neighbor that moved out almost 5 years ago. I live in a 13 unit apt bldg. I can't believe they have the nerve to call me a former neighbor, not the person they are seeking.

This number comes up as "Blocked Name" on caller-id. They have not left a voice mail yet but this is the first day I have gotten calls from this number and so far they have called 3 times:
8:44 am (Central time)
10:10 am
11:15 am
I have periodically gotten calls from both Student Assistance Corp and the student loan servicing company but never from this number or one like it that looks like it could be a "person" calling since it isn't 800 866 or from the headquarter city area code.
