Received a text to urgently call Suntrust, when called robot asks for account number and info to update account, i dont even use suntrust. Its a scam

We received an urgent text claiming to be from SunTrust Help Desk to call 786-228-5950. When you call the number, it asks you to enter your social security number. DON'T DO IT!!! Scam!!!

The message on the voicemail requested that I call back this number to activate a SunTrust card. I've had my phone number for almost a decade and have never had an account with SunTrust or with a subsidiary or acquisition. I called the bank's security department and no activity was conducted under my ss #. Beware.
