Got a call from this number last week saying it was from Bertha Smith with Legal Mediation and now its the same number but different name and company. Say they are going to have me arressted.

This is a scam. Not an legitimate collection agency. They will curse at you and hang up on you. I am filing an complaint with the attorney general's office.
