1-800-396-7683 ext.3030 is the number I was given by a lady that called to offer health insurance. The phone number that actually recorded on my caller ID was 423-237-7420. The lady said that her name was Tawnya (She spelled out, and mentioned that it was often mispelled), agent ID 4031, and she offered BlueCross BlueShield of TN Silver plan S19E. I put an end to the call because I did not feel comfortable giving personal info, such as date of birth to an unsolicited caller, who I really didnt know who actually was.
