Turns out Peach this person tried to do the same thing to me. This house was listed on craigslist for rent. Which it is not for rent. This home is actually for sale through a realtor in town.

Yup same thing with me. Sent me emails saying they would love for me to rent and then sent me a fake lease agreement. They say send the money via moneygram and we'll send the keys after.
