TechAmerica sounded like that heavy accent

Called twice today. Claimed to be tech support and tried to get me to do things to my computer. Wouldn't give a name, or company name or explain why he called except to keep repeating I needed to do something to my computer. Sounded frantic, and there was a lot of background noise like an active playground or a room full of people talking.

Caller ID had "No Name Provided". Caller had a thick Indian accent; trouble understanding her. When I told her that I had not solicited her call, did not recognize her company name, and to please remove our number from her list, she refused. She said "I will NOT remove your number from our list", quite forcefully. I told her that we were on a national Do-Not-Call Registry and she must, by law, remove our number. She again refused, and I hung up.
