This message popped up on my computer today, "Windows Security Alert has detected a theft to your computer and was not able to to quarantine it". "Call 1-844 493-5878 for help." I called that number and was told they were Tech Support and they asked me what the problem was and I told them the message I just gave you came on my computer screen with the above number to call. They proceeded to tell me they would check and see what the problem was. After checking my computer they said there was different places trying to access my computer. Then they said their techs would remove all trojan horse and other viruses on my computer now, but the virus would come back because whoever is trying to access my computer must already have info they need to do it and without a better firewall to stop them they will gain access again. He gave me their number to call 1 888 218-4575, which when I looked it up it is support for computer and printer...their name is TECHIS247.
