calling my job, my cell phone, and friends and family members. Tells them that I have a law suit that has been filed against me and that they are looking to confirm my address to serve me papers. They leave a case number and an 800 number so that I can call to resolve this matter. They have been calling me for 3 years now.. every year around the same time, late January to early February. # years ago, I fell for it.. I called the 800 number, I paid them the amount they said I owed (about $450) and they have continued to call me every year since

These people are calling my EIGHTY-EIGHT year old mother multiple times a day and FIGHTING with her, telling her that I'm going to be "taken in" for fraud. She is EIGHTY-EIGHT. I do not live her with, and she has told them this many, many times. She told the other person that also calls (a man) that she has nothing to do with my bills or anything else. he told her "this is criminal activity on you ARE involved". Can you imagine???? Whenever I call them back, they do not answer the telephone. I called them today and left a message for them to stop harassing my mom. Who can stop this for me? I worked for a law firm for 6 years and then managed a corporate collection agency for 15 years. I know what's what.... it's just a matter of time before they say, "we can put this debt on your VISA card to stop all this". They are making my mom think that she may have to give them this information to save me. This is scandalous !

they won't say who it is. they won't give me any info cause they want to talk to him and im his wife, i have every right to know who is calling my husband. they call and ask for my husband derek and they also call on holidays, weekends, at night, midnite, basicly 24/7 non-stoop and we told them many times to stop calling. please have them stop. they won't leave us alone.

These people keep calling my grandmother with an automated system, the phone number is 901-504-4599 which is from Memphis Tennessee saying they have a complaint on her with a number and she needs to call 888-503-1727 to find out what it is about, total scam they ask for names and social security. Do not call back these people are cons, mt gran is 92 and does not have any debt or reason to be called and they don't even say who it is.
