Foreign caller difficult to understand. Threatened arrest warrant but could not say what for. Questioned what company was asking for warrant to be issued asked to provide contact info to me for the company and got nothing...

it was an email sent to me with that name and said i have an outstanding debt with "speedy cash" $425.30! and i have never heard of them!!
