These calls leave no message. Calling incessantly, hour after hour. Then they switch to another number that I have identified as Time Warner. I have already contacted them about the payment, which is only past due for one week. They begin calling the day after it is due and don't stop until they get their money. I am going to contact the BBB and see if I get anywhere.

They called my cellphone and asked for me by my first and last name. As an experienced used car dealer I implied he had the right person and asked how I could help him. He went out of his way to tell me he was calling from Mesa Arizona, which was the second red flag since he called from a 310 area code. He then asked to verify that I have a current account with Time Warner, that's when I was done. If you get a similar call, don't fall for it. ANYONE YOU HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH WILL NEVER CALL TO VERIFY YOUR ACCOUNT INFO

I answered this unknown number out of curiosity and they claimed to be from Time Warner Cable, calling to offer me a "great deal" on an upgrade to my service. In order to qualify for this upgrade, I needed to answer a bunch of questions about my personal viewing habits and my household in general. I refused to answer anything personal, and this caller didn't seem to even know what my current TWC subscription package was.

When I answer the call, I hear nothing on the line and then the call disconnects.
This would appear to be a repeat of phone calls I was receiving from Time Warner over a year ago, seeking to sell me Time Warner phone service (as I am a Time Warner Internet subscriber). When I finally got a human on the line over a year ago, I asked them to remove me from their call lists. Clearly, that removal was only temporary.

The caller called my cell number and said he was from Time Warner cable and wanted to speak to a Ryan I told him that he called the wrong number. The caller ignored what I said as if I was lying.And demanded that Ryan call an 800 number about his bill. The caller was rude. He called at 11:30 pm past the time by law to be calling a household about collecting a bill. I called the number back which is 7144648772. It was an automatic recording of time warner cable hold on promt until a representative comes to the phone. After staying on hold over 40 min no one came to the phone. I would like to know the Bastard that called me.
