I received a called yesterday from a David Dunn from UBS Group. He said it was about an online pay loan that I owe back in 2009, and I would need to pay up front today before they send out papers for me to go to court for fraudulent. I called my former bank and they did not have a transaction from an online company. They have all of my personal information! Please, be careful! There is no such company that they are saying. Google it!

Ladies and Gents...I've had interaction with these low life scum. They are based out of Arizona as per my call trace, and the associate that I spoke to that was dumb enough to confirm this.
You need to send small claims court documents based on violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act sections 806 and 807 (threatening legal action when no legal action exists, using profanity etc...) to their registered agent. These must be served either through process server or county constable. For each violation that occurs they a liable for a $1000 fine. If you're smart like me and have an audio recording of the interaction...this is what we call a slam dunk.
