Incessant calls and doesn't answer when I pick up.Phone is perpetually busy when I return her call.

They call me at least 10 times a day the number changes very few weeks! I'm so sick of them! They call call and call! I tell them I've reported them and they hang out before I can finish! I just want the calls to stop!

Does anyone have any ideas of how to get them to stop?
