617-284-1955. Female with a foreign accent called to tell me to throw away medicare card away. I asked why? the rep said because my current medicare card doesn't cover my services. Hung up after that. Caller said she was from Atlanta, GA

Caller ID said "Out of Area". Male with thick Middle Eastern accent said, "This is the Medicare office". He said my new Medicare card would be mailed out immediately. I said I didn't sign up for Medicare, and he hung up.

East Indian sounding person said a new medicare card was being sent, asked to verify my address, which was correct, asked for the bank where my social security check is deposited. Unfortunately I told him the bank name. When I said he shouldn't be asking for. that, he disconnected.
