Call from 409-454-06321 to my cellphone on Feb. 2, 2o16 at 4:47 PM. They do not leave any message and I do not take unknown calls.

She knew my name, vehicle make, model, and year, my address, and my car insurance company. I politely told her I am on the do-not-call list and while asking her to not call back, she hung up. I could not call this number back to speak with anyone. This is the same scam I got in late 2014 and had calls totaling over 15 before I blocked the various numbers they were using.
