unknown robo-caller

Purported to be from IRS saying an action has been started against whomever answers. Obviously a scam and I hung up.

I do not even talk to people who use a robocaller to get me on the line. I waited to see who it was and got the, "Hey Stupid, please waste your time and wait for us to get to you" message [although, the robo-caller did use different words].
