I had the same thing happen to me today, October 9, 2014. The same exact phone number too. I didn't give them any info; I just hung up. I'm on the do not call list, but also, I figure if it's a real company, they'll identify themselves right away.

Got call on mobile phone from this number 301-387-1630. Rude recording saying this is your last chance to lower your interest rates. I pressed 1 to ask to be removed from the list and when I asked who I was speaking with and the name of the company and the person hung up.
